In the last shareholder meeting of privately owned Cavitar Ltd, Sari Vaajanen-Ärrälä (MSc [Econ], Certified Board Member (CBM) and Chairman) was elected as new chairperson of the board.
Globally operating Cavitar Ltd. strives to be in a leading position in quality assurance of critical welds. Cavitar helps its clients to provide valuable information with its monitoring and analytics solutions. The company was recently awarded with the “Welding Development Company of the Year” award by The Finnish Welding Association (SHY).
The owners of Cavitar wanted an external and independent professional leader for the board to strengthen growth and to develop service business opportunities.
