The revolutionary CAVIPRO concept provides entirely new possibilities in materials processing applications such as soldering, welding, coating, cladding and brazing.

The unique versatility of CAVIPRO is due to a patented technology that enables an axial hole through the entire laser. This space can accommodate changeable tools for different applications. These tools can be utilized for such purposes as coaxial wire/powder feeding, hybrid welding or gas blow/suction.

CAVIPRO´s easy robot control, high production speed, low energy consumption and low maintenance costs make the technology efficient and effective at the same time.

Coaxial material feeding provides significant benefits, for example in terms of quality, yield and automation. Other features include compact size and low weight. The working distance can be chosen according to the customer requirements.

CAVIPRO can contain several integrated monitoring features such as active laser illumination and camera as well as a pyrometer. It can therefore take care of both processing and monitoring at the same time. This means integrated process monitoring – quality and process control in the same compact and robust package within the processing laser.
