Powerful diode laser illumination

The CAVILUX® product family is based on Cavitar Ltd.’s pulsed high power diode laser illumination technology which can illuminate the object up to millions of times per second. The pulsed light power is typically several hundreds of watts, and the brightness can be millions of times higher than in LED light sources.

CAVILUX® products are reliable, accurate and easy-to-operate tools, designed especially for industrial use. They are equally useful in R&D.

CAVILUX® product family consists of four high end products developed for different needs:

CAVILUX® Smart  – versatile model for industrial and scientific R&D
CAVILUX® HF   – high frequency model for high-speed cameras
CAVILUX® LP   – long pulse model for large area illumination
CAVILUX® OEM  – customized solutions for easy integration

CAVILUX® products typically include laser unit, control unit, illumination optics and control software. All CAVILUX® products can be easily programmed with a computer and after programming they can operate as stand alone units, thus resulting in excellent reliability. Several accessories are also available. For example, each product can easily be expanded to a complete and accurately synchronized imaging system. Fibre optics provides unique versatility in generating different illumination solutions (e.g. uniform front/back illumination or light sheet) with the same device.

You can familiarize yourself with each product and decide what model is the most suitable for your specific needs. We can also create customized solutions and OEM products. For example, several laser units and cameras can be controlled with a single customized control unit, based on platform architecture. We are happy to share our expertise with you!
